2. Nature of Agricultural Commission Agency

SP Commission Shop operates primarily as an authorized agricultural commission agent within the wholesale market framework of Mirch Mandi, Kunri. Our principal responsibilities include:

• Representing agricultural growers (farmers) to prospective domestic and international commodity buyers.
• Conducting transparent open auctions on the mandi floor.
• Supervising accurate tare deduction and electronic weighbridge measurements.
• Issuing written account statements (Parchi) detailing gross weight, deductions, commission, and net payouts.

3. Mandi Market Rates & Pricing Disclaimer

Daily commodity rates, price ranges, and market indices published on this platform (including whole red chillies, Dandicut, Longi, Hybrid, coriander, turmeric, and cumin) reflect physical spot market transactions recorded during open mandi auction sessions across Kunri Mirch Mandi, Jodia Bazaar Karachi, and regional trading floors.

Data Sources & Non-Liability Notice: Published rates and calculator outputs are aggregated from third-party wholesale auctions and market arrivals purely as indicative market intelligence. SP Commission Shop is not an automated pricing authority, financial exchange, or rate guarantor, and does not unilaterally fix open-market commodity values. SP Commission Shop assumes no liability for pricing discrepancies, rapid intraday market fluctuations, or independent commercial decisions made by users. Firm transactional prices are formally locked exclusively upon physical lot inspection, moisture calibration, and bilateral sales contract execution.

4. Export RFQs & Incoterms Liability

For international shipments (FOB Karachi, CFR, CIF, EXW), the following provisions apply:

• Sampling & Specifications: Lot samples are provided upon request. Moisture (standard 10–12%), ASTA color values, and stalk allowances must be agreed upon in writing prior to container stuffing.
• Regulatory Documentation: We coordinate official Phytosanitary Certificates (Department of Plant Protection), Certificates of Origin (TDAP), and third-party laboratory analyses (PCSIR/SGS). Compliance with the destination country's specific import permits is the buyer's mutual responsibility.
• Transit & Demurrage: Ocean freight estimates and transit days are based on standard carrier schedules and do not constitute absolute delivery guarantees against carrier port congestion or maritime delays.

5. Farmer Trolley Express Passes & Weighing

Digital Express Trolley Passes generated via our Farmer Portal streamline queue entry and weighing platform allocation. Physical weighing follows standard Mandi Board regulations, applying calibrated digital scales and customary empty jute bag tare deductions (1.0 kg per 40 kg sack).

These Terms and any commercial trading disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Sindh and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in District Umerkot / Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
